What
is required to have ISDN Service with IOLS?
ISDN requires an ISDN Modem, ISDN Terminal
Adapter or ISDN Router (Purchased separately) and and ISDN line
purchased from and installed by your local telephone company.

Does
the telephone co. must run new line?
That depends on how many lines you already have and if they,
your telephone company, can use any of them for an ISDN line. They
will determine that when you place the order for an ISDN line with
them.

Can I find out if ISDN is available to my
house now and then I could sign-up based on that?
Yes, your best action will be to call your telephone company
and order the ISDN Line. Once it is installed either start up your
ISDN account with IOLS or, if you already have a dialup account with
IOLS, upgrade your account to ISDN.
