How
Do I Add Text At The Bottom Of All My Email Messages.
There's two ways to
do this...
Using
webmail...
- Open your web
based email at www.iols.com/webmail
- Click on the "Pref"
button (Looks like a little gear) located across the top of the
window (When you roll your mouse over the button it should popup
with "User preferences")
- The User
Preferences screen will open. Scroll down (Slightly) and
you'll see the "Signature"
field.
- Enter in the
info you would like to appear at the end of every message.
- Scroll to the
bottom of the page and click on "Save"
button
Every time you
either compose a new message or reply to a message sent to you that
info will appear at the bottom. If you don't want it there for a
particular message simply delete it.
Using
Outlook Express...
The second way
involves using Outlook Express. All you need to do is change the
default signature. Here's how.
- Open Outlook
Express
- Click on "Tools"
then "Options"
The "Options window will open
- Click on the tab
labeled "Signatures"
- Click on the "New"
button
- Enter your info
in the "Edit Signature"
text field
- Click the "Apply"
button at the bottom
- Click on the box
next to "Add signature to all
outgoing messages" located at the to of the
window.
- 8. Click the "Ok"
button and everything will be saved
Again, every time
you either compose a new message or reply to a message sent to you,
the info you entered as the "Signature" will appear at the
bottom. If you don't want it there for a particular message simply
delete it.
To modify the info
in the signature just go back through either of the processes above
and edit accordingly.
