People
say that their email bounces back to
them when it is sent to me.
This
could be due to a few different reasons.
1.
They are sending email to the wrong address.
SOLUTION: Make sure
they are sending you email to
yourusername@iols.com

the wrong email address in your setup.

3.
The issue may be that the mail
server for their domain or IP Address is listed
in one or more RBL's (Real-time Black Lists) as
a source of an open relay and/or spam. If
this is the case the IOLS.COM Mail Server will
not accept email from them.
SOLUTION:
Please send an email to
tech@iols.net and include the email address and
domain name of the email server that we are
blocking. We'll respond (Usually within 24
hours) with our findings.
