My
email is stuck and won't download all the
messages.
This
issue relates to a corrupt message that your
email client (Outlook, Outlook Express or
Netscape) is trying to download. Since the
message is corrupt your email client is having
trouble downloading it and as such stops
functioning.
SOLUTION 1 (The
easy way): Go to your
IOLS WebMail account (Click
here) and delete the offending message(s). (If
you need help with using your IOLS Web mail account
please click here.) If you still have
trouble after this please
let us know and we'll manually clean out the
mailbox for you.
SOLUTION
2 (The "Old fashioned" way):
You will need to delete the email directly
form the IOLS.NET mail server. This is the
"Old fashioned" way (And most
efficient) to retrieve and delete email and is
based on the same principle your email client
uses.

-
If
after deleting all messages you still have
trouble it is an indication that your email
client software (Outlook, Outlook Express,
Netscape, etc.) is corrupt or not operating
properly. In this case we suggest that you
either upgrade to the most recent version of
your software or reinstall it.
Information on upgrading or reinstalling is
available at each vendors own website.
