Email
that I send to someone is bouncing back
This
is caused when you send a message to the wrong
email address.
REASON 1: It is common when you are
replying to an email by clicking on the
"Reply" button to send an email.
In
this case the issue is on the original senders
side and how they have setup their email.
SOLUTION 1: Click the
"Reply" button, delete whatever is in
the "To:" field and type the actual
email address of the recipient
in there.
-> If the message bounces back to you most
mail servers will give you a reason. Contact the
person via another means (Telephone, etc.) and
inform them that their mail server is bouncing your
email. If you need help understanding the
reason it was bounced from their mail server forward
the bounced message to tech@iols.net
REASON
2: In other cases it is usually due to a
typo in the email address you are sending to or
the recipients email account has been
suspended/deleted by their provider.
SOLUTION 2: Create
a new message and type the actual email address
of the recipient in
the "To:" field.
