  Resetting Your Browsers Home Page

Resetting the default Home Page ("Start page") that your Browser will open each time you connect to the Internet and open Internet Explorer is easy to do.  (The Star Page is also accessed each time you click on the "Home" button on your browser.)

There are several ways to do this (Listed in order of easiest to hardest)

1. The easiest way to do this is connect to... 
   
   (Click on the image or link above)
   - You'll be prompted with...
   - "Would you like to set your home page to http://my.iols.com?"
   Click on "Yes"
   Your new Home page will be My.IOLS.COM
   
2. If you prefer to do it the "Old fashioned" manual way...
   • Connect to the Internet
   • Open Internet Explorer
   • Click on the "Tools" menu item
   • Click on "Internet Options"
     The Internet Options window will open and you will be at the "General" tab
   • The first section of this window is called "Home Page" and it will say "You can change which page to use for your home page".
   • In the field next to the word "Address" delete whatever is there
     Type the following: my.iols.com
     (Note: You can enter any address here)
   • Click on the "OK" button at the bottom and your new page setting will be saved.
   • Your new Home page will be My.IOLS.COM or whatever you entered in the "Address" field.
      
3. The next easiest way is to the Internet and go to http://my.iols.com 

• Click on the icon that looks like a house Click here to make this
  your default homepage! and says "Click here to make this your default homepage!" (Located in the upper left corner of the page.
   
• You'll be prompted with "Would you like to set your home page to http://my.iols.com ?"
   
• Click on "Yes"
  Your new Home page will be My.IOLS.COM
